Processing of material
Take advantage of tie-in sales – you will save money.
Offer us your scrap aluminium. We will use it for the production of alloys that you ordered. You will save time, labour and money.
In addition, you will also support the environment because thanks to you the scrap metal does not end up in landfills or worse, littering somewhere in the countryside. Recycling of metals is also very beneficial from the economic standpoint.
We will buy your excess scrap metal from you, remove it and store it in our warehouse. Then, batch materials are treated – specifically sorted, cut, pressed and treated – thanks to which this material is prepared for further use, i.e. for the production of alloys. Alloy production through smelting takes place in rotary tilting furnaces in a salt basin. Other than rotary tilting furnaces, we also use a two-chamber melting furnace that serves in smelting the charge, containing mechanical iron. The metal is then poured from these furnaces into holding furnaces, where the metal is alloyed according to customer requirements. Many aspects such as gasification, the chemical compound and others are controlled during the smelting process. Our final products are the i.e. ingots which are cast from the liquid metal. Finally everything is checked, packaged and sent as you ordered.
We are the largest manufacturer of aluminium casting alloys in the Czech Republic. The advanced technology of melting in a salt bath while using the most modern production facilities controlled by computer technology together with professional staff is a guarantee of high-quality production.
